These terms explain how LOANKWEST Capital Consultants ("LOANKWEST," "we," "us") contacts people who request financing through loankwest.com by phone call, text message (SMS), email and, for Foreign National borrowers who choose it, WhatsApp. They are part of our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
How you agree to be contacted
LOANKWEST does not send text messages today. We may text you in the future, but only if you have given consent as described below.
When you apply, you can check this optional box:
"I agree LOANKWEST and its lending partners may contact me by phone call, text message or email about this request and future financing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of any loan. Submitting this application does not pull my credit; a lender may request my authorization for a credit report later, depending on the program."
By giving consent, you agree that LOANKWEST may contact you by phone call, text and email at the number and email address you provide, about your request and about your future financing with us. Consent is not a condition of any loan, and you can withdraw it at any time.
What we contact you about
- Follow-up from a LOANKWEST advisor about your application or question.
- Requests for documents or information, and links to our secure upload portal.
- Scheduling a call.
- Updates on your request and the options lenders return.
- Future communications about your financing with LOANKWEST.
Lenders and capital partners your request is presented to may also contact you about it, as the consent box says. Messages they send may be subject to their own terms.
How often
Message frequency varies with your request.

Who texts you
Texts from us will identify LOANKWEST. You can also reach us at (202) 595-5472.
How to stop texts
Reply STOP to any text from us to cancel. After you send STOP, we'll send one text confirming you've been unsubscribed, and you won't receive any more texts from us at that number. To start receiving texts again, tell your advisor or email loans@seqlending.com.
Opting out of texts doesn't withdraw your application. To stop calls or email as well, tell your advisor or email loans@seqlending.com.

Calls and email
We may call or email you about your request and your future financing with us. To stop calls or email, tell your advisor or email loans@seqlending.com.
Foreign National borrowers can choose WhatsApp as their preferred contact method, and we contact those borrowers through WhatsApp. WhatsApp messages are sent through WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own terms. To stop WhatsApp messages, tell us in the chat or email loans@seqlending.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number and your privacy
Please give us a mobile number that belongs to you. If you change or give up that number, reply STOP from it first or tell us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date above.
Language versions
These terms are also available in Spanish and Chinese. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version controls.
